1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise: "Account" means a registered player account on six6e; "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's six6e account at any given time, including any bonus funds separately identified as such; "Bonus Funds" means any funds credited to a player's account as part of a promotion and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal; "Device" means any smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer used to access six6e; "Game" means any casino game, live casino product, crash game, sports betting market or other wagering product available through six6e; "Platform" means the six6e website accessible at six6e.pro and any associated mobile-optimised version thereof.

"Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on six6e and is using the platform for any purpose; "Session" means a single continuous period of use of the six6e platform beginning at login and ending at logout or automatic session expiry; "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on six6e, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. six6e strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under this age and will take all necessary steps to enforce this restriction including permanent account closure without refund of any balance where underage use is confirmed.
• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You may hold only one account on six6e. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under a different name, mobile number or payment method by the same individual — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, six6e reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of six6e, nor an immediate family member of any such person. Employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers on the platform.

six6e reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of source of funds. Failure to complete a due diligence check within the time frame specified by six6e may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal services until the check is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your six6e account. You must keep your login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — strictly confidential at all times. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use a third party's account to place bets or access the platform. six6e accepts no liability for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact six6e immediately by email at [email protected]. six6e will take prompt action to secure your account, investigate the suspected breach and advise on next steps. six6e will not be held liable for losses that occurred before notification of unauthorised access was received, except where the breach resulted from six6e's own system failure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

six6e accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit stated by six6e, though your individual mobile wallet provider may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your six6e balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider, which in most cases occurs within minutes. six6e is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.

• You may only fund your six6e account using payment methods registered in your own name. Using a payment method registered to another person is strictly prohibited. Where six6e identifies that a deposit was made using a payment method not registered to the account holder, six6e reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse the deposit and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.
• six6e does not accept cash deposits. All transactions must be made through the supported electronic payment channels listed above. Attempting to fund an account by any other means will result in the transaction being rejected and the account being flagged for review.
• six6e reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. The removal of a payment method does not affect your ability to withdraw funds already held in your account via any other available method.
• All deposits are non-refundable once credited to your six6e balance and used to place bets, except in cases where a technical error by six6e resulted in an incorrect amount being credited. In such cases, six6e will correct the balance and notify the player without undue delay.

5. Withdrawals

You may submit a withdrawal request for any amount held in your available (non-bonus) account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: your account must have been verified in accordance with six6e's KYC requirements; you must not be subject to any active withdrawal restriction arising from a pending security review; and the withdrawal method must match one of the payment methods used to fund your account. six6e processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible; most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are completed within a few hours of the request being approved.

six6e reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request where a security review is in progress, where KYC verification has not been completed, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In all such cases, six6e will communicate the reason for the delay to the player and provide a realistic timeframe for resolution. six6e will not withhold withdrawals unreasonably or use security review procedures as a method to avoid paying legitimate winnings.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

six6e offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you accept the terms of that promotion and these general bonus rules in full.

• Bonus funds are credited as a separate balance from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they and any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn as real money. • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless the promotion terms for both explicitly state otherwise.

six6e reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not apply retrospectively to bonuses already accepted and in progress by a player at the time of the modification.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on six6e and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to the appropriate authorities: using automated bots, scripts or software to access the platform or place bets; money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity and then withdrawing them through the platform; using the platform on behalf of a third party; providing false identity or age information during registration or verification; and colluding with other players to exploit a game, promotion or betting market.

six6e actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited behaviour. Where prohibited activity is identified, six6e will take all action necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, other players and the business, including legal action where warranted. Players who identify suspected prohibited activity by other users are encouraged to report it to [email protected].

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the six6e platform — including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of six6e or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the six6e platform without the prior written consent of six6e. Unauthorised use of six6e's intellectual property may constitute a breach of applicable law and will be acted upon accordingly.
• Game content displayed through the six6e platform is provided by third-party game suppliers and remains their respective intellectual property. six6e is licensed to display this content and does not claim ownership of individual game software, mechanics or assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6e shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical error that is promptly corrected; inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; delays in payment processing caused by the payment provider; or any decision made in good faith by six6e in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

six6e's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits six6e's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Amendments and Termination

six6e reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects player rights, six6e will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of six6e following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

six6e may terminate or suspend your account with or without notice where you have breached these Terms, where continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players, or where six6e is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the six6e platform that cannot be resolved informally through the six6e support team should be submitted in writing to six6e at [email protected]. six6e will endeavour to resolve all player disputes fairly and in a timely manner. six6e's decision on any dispute shall be final, subject to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
